By using PDF Magic (pdfmagic.live), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. We may update these terms at any time — continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

2. What PDF Magic Does

PDF Magic is a free online tool that converts image files (JPG, PNG, JPEG, BMP, WEBP, etc.) into PDF documents. The core conversion tool runs entirely within your web browser using local technology — at no point are your images uploaded to our servers during a standard conversion.

3. Shareable Links — Cloud Upload

PDF Magic offers an optional feature to generate a shareable download link for your converted PDF. By using this feature, you agree to the following:

• Your PDF will be temporarily uploaded to our secure cloud storage.
• A unique shareable link that allows anyone with the link to download the PDF will be created.
• The link and the uploaded file will be automatically and permanently deleted after 1 hour — no exceptions.
• You are responsible for the content of files you upload. Do not upload files that contain illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content you do not have rights to share.
• You must not use shareable links to distribute harmful, malicious, or illegal content.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use PDF Magic to:

• Upload or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or attack our service.
• Use automated scripts to abuse the shareable link upload feature.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

We reserve the right to block access to users who violate these rules.

5. The Service Is Free — No Warranty

PDF Magic is provided free of charge, as-is, without any warranty of any kind — express or implied. We do our best to keep it fast and available, but we cannot guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Use it at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDF Magic and its creators are not liable for any loss of data, loss of files, or any damages arising from your use of the service — including from the use of the optional shareable link feature or from sharing a link with others.

7. Intellectual Property

The PDF Magic name, logo, and website design are owned by PDF Magic. The files you convert belong to you. We claim no ownership over your content.

8. Changes to the Service

We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of PDF Magic at any time without notice. We are not liable for any impact this may have on you.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction where PDF Magic operates.
